Administrative House RN Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for managing resource utilization and communication to meet organizational goals. Holds direct supervisory accountability for all staff, operations, and activities within a designated patient care area, including staff training, work assignment, and performance evaluation. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily patient care delivery.
• Oversees daily operations, activities, and personnel within the patient care area.
• Participates in goal setting, policy and procedure development, and program evaluation.
• Acts as a change agent to assess and improve existing systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serves as a professional role model.
• Implements cost-effective solutions.

Specifications Experience

• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including 1 year in management, with leadership skills and problem-solving experience.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Training

• Minimum training requirements are specified; additional preferred training is advantageous.

Special Skills

• Minimum skills required; additional skills are preferred.

Licensure

• RN licensure is required; other licensure is preferred.
