Administrative Manager

• Independently handle full-cycle accounting: voucher review, accounts receivable/payable accounting, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closing, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and operational analysis reports to provide data for management decision-making.
• Review daily income and expenses, arrange payments, manage multi-currency funds, monitor cash flow, and follow up on collections.
• Liaise with banks, accounting firms, and tax agencies; facilitate annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST): Input/output tax accounting, quarterly filings, tax invoice management, and compliance reporting to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Corporate Income Tax: Filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), submission of annual tax returns (Form C/CS), and preparation of IR8A employee remuneration forms
• Statutory Contributions: Monthly filing and payment of Central Provident Fund (CPF), Skills Development Levy (SDL), and Foreign Worker Levy (FWL)
• Liaison with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA): Annual reviews, annual returns, updates to business registration details, and compliance filings

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
