Administrative Manager

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, drafting offer letters and employment contracts, and arranging employee onboarding.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management: Maintain daily attendance records for employees. Calculate monthly wages, prepare payroll breakdowns, and carefully reconcile overtime, allowances, and deductions to ensure accurate payroll disbursement.
3. Finance & Logistics Assistance: Provide necessary support to the finance and other teams (e.g., organizing vouchers, bookkeeping data entry). Assist in daily office operations, including purchasing and managing office supplies.
4. Data Entry & System Maintenance: Perform daily data entry tasks, ensuring information is accurate and updated in real-time. Maintain and organize relevant databases and electronic files, conducting regular data backups and cleaning up outdated information.
5. General Administrative Support: Handle document filing, photocopying, scanning, and records management to keep files organized. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and process daily clerical work.

Outdoor Errands: Handle outdoor duties such as bank visits, document deliveries, or liaising with external parties as required by work.
