Administrative Officer

Aartsen is looking for an Administrative Officer in our Mumbai office who will be handling the administrative side of the day-to-day trade of fruits and vegetables from all over the world and distribution in the Indian market. You will have contact with our international partners on the supply side and with our distribution partners throughout India. Do you love adventure and are you ready to take on this challenge?

This is what you’ll find in a job as Administrative Officer:

• Provide full range support on day-today operations
• Handle shipping documents
• Manage and follow-up on orders and enquiries
• Handle Quality and Control reports
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

This is what we are looking for in an Administrative Officer:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
