Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

• Take initiative in managing daily marketing, administrative, and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of JISMO Olympiads and online programs.
• Assist the team in planning and executing marketing activities, including handling inquiries, creating promotional materials, managing social media updates, and tracking customer engagement.
• Handle financial tasks such as issuing invoices and receipts, maintaining the petty cash book, inputting accounting data, and following up on registrations and tuition fee payments.
• Assist the team in overseeing the management of company legal documents, ensuring timely updates and compliance, as instructed by the Director.
• Monitor and review online registrations, respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, and coordinate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage purchasing and delivery logistics related to JISMO Olympiads and online classes, ensuring timely and efficient support.
• Provide regular updates and proactive reports on marketing, administrative, and accounting matters directly to the Director.
