Administrative Operations Specialist

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for OPEX and CAPEX requirements in S4 HANA.
• Track PR approvals and releases, maintain accurate records, and forward released PRs to the Tech Ops project proponent.
• Park supplier invoices in S4 HANA for payment processing.
• Monitor and document invoice and payment status.
• Route MSR and BC documents for EWG Leadership Team signatures and track their status.
• Maintain complete and organized transaction records and supporting documents.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by Tech Ops HQ.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year college graduate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of administrative or office operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas); familiar with OneDrive, SharePoint, and S4 HANA.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
