Compensation:

$41,600 - $52,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Warmly greet clients and answer incoming calls
• Call clients to provide assistance or obtain needed information
• Help clients upload documents to their secure online portal
• Patiently assist clients who may be uncomfortable with technology
• Initiate electronic filing of completed tax returns
• Prepare billing statements and record payments received
• Provide administrative support to our tax and accounting team
• Help keep client requests and office workflow organized and moving
