Administrative Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise office staff to ensure sure work is completed accurately, on time, and according to company procedures.
• Assign daily tasks and organize work schedules for administrative employees.
• Help employees handle difficult situations, including customer or tenant questions and issues.
• Review reports, records, and documents to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and work quality.
• Explain and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure proper operations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Prepare reports, emails, and documents needed by management.
• Oversee general office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
• Assist in tracking expenses and reviewing basic financial information for budgeting purposes.
• Work with management and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve issues.

Pay: From $72,654.00 per year
