Administrative Support Officer

We are looking for Administrative Support Officer to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

• Receive and manage support requests via email and telephone, register cases in the ticketing system, and assign them to the appropriate teams.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, and reception duties.
• Manage the e-learning platform, including sending credentials and participation emails, supporting participants, and monitoring examinations.
• Welcome guests, coordinate meeting rooms, and support the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Previous working experience in Customer Care, Administrative Support, or Secretarial Support roles
• Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Very good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage
