Key responsibilities

• Enter accounting data including invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims to maintain accurate financial records
• Issue invoices and progress claims and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
• Verify and process supplier and subcontractor invoices and payment certificates for accuracy and approval
• Organize filing, documentation, and general office tasks to support smooth office operations
• Assist with bookkeeping using Quickbook Online to maintain updated financial records
• Coordinate material requisition and delivery schedules with site supervisors and project managers to support project timelines
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, manage delivery orders, purchase orders, and pricing agreements
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, drawings, and submissions to BCA and other authorities for compliance
• Assist in preparing contracts, work orders, and variation orders to support project administration
• Track material stock, site purchases, and delivery orders to ensure inventory accuracy
