About the role

This full-time Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at PT. World Safe Service - Self Storage Bali in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran and Padang Bai. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of this dynamic company. With a focus on client and sales administration, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales and client service teams
• Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
• Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings
• Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a client-facing administrative role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Willing to be placed in All Storage branch (Denpasar, Jimbaran, Ubud, Padang Bai)
