Position Summary
The Administrator provides vital support to the Service Department, with a focus on data entry, document review, invoicing, and general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports to ensure proper formatting, accuracy, grammar, and professionalism before submission to customers/owners
• Process inspection paperwork and submit through applicable third-party reporting systems
• Prepare and issue invoices for completed inspections
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy
• Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing shifting priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
• Familiarity with general office equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to company culture through daily interactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and adapt as needed
• Willingness to assist with project work and develop a broad understanding of company operations
