The Installation Assurance Authority have operated for over 30 years. As a Group of companies we employ over 80 full time staff and have supported installers and homeowners since 1995. We provide a quality assurance framework giving homeowners and stakeholders the confidence that domestic retrofit work is carried out to the highest standards.

The Role

Working as part of an office based team to review photographs and evidence submitted by installers to check if domestic properties are suitable for the installation of retrofit fabric and renewable energy technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and experience:

• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good documentation, IT and administrative skills.
• Possess the ability to work unsupervised.
• Able to achieve targets and KPI’s.
• Knowledge of property construction types (desirable)

• To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business
• To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
