Part-Time Admin & Centre Assistant – Clapham, London

Skin Philosophy Training is a VTCT and iTEC accredited aesthetics training school. We train skin professionals across the UK and Ireland, and our Clapham centre is the heart of our operation. We're looking for an organised, reliable person to keep it running smoothly.

The role
You'll be in the Clapham centre for 8 hours a week. You'll keep the unit stocked, tidy and ready for training days, and make sure everything that needs posting goes out on time.

What you'll do

• Check stock levels and place orders for products and consumables
• Receive and organise deliveries, and keep the stock room in order
• Post certificates, parcels and student materials
• Clean and reset the unit so it's ready for each course
• Keep the stock sheet up to date after each training course

About you

• Organised, self-motivated and happy working on your own
• Reliable, with an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Comfortable with basic online ordering and spreadsheets
• Able to get to Clapham easily
• Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry is a bonus but not essential

• 8 hours per week

Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day

Work Location: In person
