💷 Pay Rate: £15 per hour

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to join a busy in-house pensions team on an immediate basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable exposure to pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and distributing all incoming pensions-related post
• Maintaining accurate digital and paper-based filing systems
• Supporting the pensions team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Updating records, processing data, and preparing correspondence
• Liaising with internal departments and external pension providers
• Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Providing general administrative support to the pensions function as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within pensions, financial services, HR, or professional services
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
• Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Knowledge of pension schemes or pensions administration would be advantageous but is not essential
