Bloom Gallery Flowers is more than just a shop—it is a creative space. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Administrator to join our San Francisco flower studio. If you are organized, customer-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced floral environment, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who has:

• Conversational English proficiency (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Responsibility, organization, and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• An interest in floral design and a desire to be part of a friendly, creative team.

Responsibilities include:

• Client Relations: Greet visitors, lead customer interactions, and warmly handle inquiries across all channels (phone calls, online messages, and in-person visits).
• Order Management: Process incoming flower orders and coordinate custom requests with the design team.
• Daily Operations: Handle cash register operations, manage daily transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment.
• Logistics Coordination: Help organize flower pickups from the market and ensure the smooth, timely dispatch of arrangements for local deliveries.
