Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support the delivery of facilities management services at FDIS, Old Killead Road, Aldergrove, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT29 4EL . The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service requests, compliance records, and administrative processes are managed efficiently and professionally.e

Role Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails, logging customer requests accurately.
• Raise reactive work orders, purchase orders and close jobs on the system.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and month-end documentation.
• Maintain asset registers, uniform/equipment inventories, and filing systems.
• Support site managers and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) during absences.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange events.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Personable and collaborative, with a customer-focused approach.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance

Additional Information

• MOD Security Clearance and a Standard DBS check are required.
• To meet national security vetting requirements, you will normally need to have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years to obtain Security Clearance.
• Proof of right to work in the UK is essential.
