Administrator Counselor

Admission Counseling Lead Conversion: Conducting telephonic or face-to-face counseling sessions with prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate courses or services.

Enrollment Management: Walking students or parents through the paperwork, documentation, fee structures, and onboarding processes.

Follow-Ups: Maintaining regular contact with cold or warm leads to hit monthly conversion and revenue targets.

2. Office & Center AdministrationFront-Desk Management: Greeting walk-in clients, managing the incoming switchboard, and handling official correspondence.

Database Upkeep: Loging lead interactions and student milestones into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excel sheets.

Logistics & Inventory: Ensuring the physical office environment remains clean and presentable.

3. Academic & Event CoordinationScheduling: Organizing class batches, coordinating teacher timetables, and communicating schedule changes to students.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
