Administrator-Customer Service - Sales

About the role

Tudor Glass' is seeking an experienced Administrator and customer service personnel to join our team in our Willetton facility. This role will provide administrative and customer service support to our established family glass business. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience, training will be provided in the early stages of employment, with ongoing support

Key responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries via email, in person (in office) and over calls, in a professional and timely manner
• Processing orders, invoices and other customer-related documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and databases, data entry in general, invoicing , quotations , supplier invoices , bank transaction recording (eftpos receipt’s), client data base new and updating .

About you

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the Glass or Building industry or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 & adobe, MYOB accounting, Gmail
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
