LECE Pty Ltd, Western Australia's most loveable electrical and instrumentation contracting business, is on the hunt for an Administrator to hold the whole show together while the rest of us are out making sparks fly.

About the role:

You'll be the calm eye of a very industrious storm. One minute you're coordinating site paperwork for a shutdown in the middle of nowhere, the next you're fielding a call from a supervisor who can't find the timesheets he definitely submitted (he didn't submit them).

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Wrangling 35 humans who are excellent at electrical work and considerably less excellent at admin

• Liaising with clients admin finance and mobilisation teams

• Keeping Phil & Ethan and the field supervisors on track organised and accountable (its harder then it sounds)

• Answering the phone with warmth and enthusiasm

• Being the only person in the building who actually knows where things are

• Bring the energy to consistently improve process and operations

• Building a process if there isn't one and making it better consistently

About you:

• You have the patience of a saint and the organisation of a librarian
• You can prioritise competing urgent requests without losing your mind or your manners
• You are immune to the phrase "can you just quickly…"
• You do not sigh audibly when asked to find a document from 2022
• You will have the answer before we need it
• You will learn quickly and will be happy to give it a go and figure it out
