As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator / Estimator to join our team in Rutherford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the mining services and manufacturing industry while working alongside an experienced team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with our Sales, Estimating and Production teams to support the quoting, scheduling and customer service functions of the business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining customer service, administration, sales support and coordination responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of estimates, quotations and proposals.
• Preparing quotations for parts orders and workshop repairs.
• Supporting the scheduling of workshop jobs to meet customer requirements.
• Communicating with customers regarding work progress and delivery updates.
• Building strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports and data entry within company systems.
• Assisting with warranty enquiries and customer requests.
• Working closely with production and workshop teams to ensure efficient job flow.
• Supporting the Branch Manager and Estimator with administrative and operational tasks.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high quality standards.
• Assisting with compliance and audit activities when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, administration or estimating support role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products would be highly regarded.
• Experience within mining, manufacturing, heavy engineering or industrial environments is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience using Pronto or a similar ERP system would be beneficial but is not essential.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
