Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

6months Fixed Term Contract 

HYTORC South Africa, a global leader in industrial bolting solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong SAP and Excel skills, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain administrative systems and processes

• Handle data entry, reporting, and document control using SAP.

• Customer Service & Correspondence

• Stock Management & Rental Fleet Control

• Supplier Procurement

• Logistics Coordination

• Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards in Microsoft Excel

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Provide exceptional support to the Management team and wider team

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Proven experience in an administrative role (3+ years preferred)

• Proficiency in SAP - minimum 1 yr experience

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Customer Service Orientated

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and accuracy
