What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Shadow and assist senior administrators managing daily operations
• Develop skills in personnel management—recruiting, training, evaluating, and more
• Get involved in budgeting, finance, and revenue forecasting
• Learn the ins and outs of regulatory compliance and healthcare laws
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and organizational goals
• Take on special projects and administrative tasks to broaden your experience

Who Should Apply:

• Candidates pursuing the 1,000-hour or 2,000-hour AIT program
• 1,000-hour applicants: Degree in Health Care Administration or related fields with required coursework
• 2,000-hour applicants: Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus experience in skilled nursing or long-term care management
• Prior management and business development experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are a must
• Experience in operations, HR, accounting, marketing, and admissions is highly valued
