Administrator - KYC / CDD | Client support & File Review

About the role

Our client is a prominent global insurance company focused on wealth management, and they are looking to expand their team by hiring a junior KYC assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential client support services, with a focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.

What you'll be doing

• Performing comprehensive due diligence checks on new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; conduct file reviews and Client Risk Assessments, collaborating with intermediaries and clients on CDD and policy requirements.
• Support business retention efforts by managing client instructions related to Policy Servicing and Business Persistency events.
• Perform AML and periodic reviews of instructions, including Policy Servicing and Business Persistency, along with other transactions as needed
• Gathering, reviewing and verifying client information and documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
• Liaising with clients to obtain necessary documentation and clarify information as needed
• Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and the periodic review of existing client accounts
• Supporting the wider Client Services team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• Ideally 1 years' experience in a similar client services or administrative role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry, Strong experience or knowledge in the insurance, banking, or investment sectors is preferred.
• Fresh Graduates with internship exposure are encouraged
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial and client information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and client relationship management systems.
• Familiarity with KYC, CDD, and client Risk Assessment processes, as well as local regulatory requirements.
• A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Adaptable and customer-oriented, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
