As an early-stage, founder-led company, we're building out the team and the systems that keep the business running smoothly, together.

About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrator to keep the operational side of Ecos Media running smoothly — invoicing, contracts, scheduling — so the creative and client-facing team can stay focused on the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send client invoices, and follow up on overdue payments
• Draft and manage client and freelancer contracts and agreements
• Coordinate shoot schedules, internal deadlines, and meetings
• Manage the founder's calendar and inbox where needed
• Keep contracts, invoices, and records organized

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets, Calendar, Gmail/Outlook)
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing several moving pieces at once
• Good written English for client- and vendor-facing communication
• Based in Dubai
