Position Overview

Paramount Senior Living is seeking an experienced and motivated administrator to lead the daily operations of our Skilled Nursing CCRC Campus. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and overall community success. The administrator works closely with department leaders to create a safe, welcoming, and resident-centered environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations
• Manage and develop department leaders and staff
• Oversee budgets and financial performance
• Maintain regulatory and licensing compliance
• Drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, and community engagement

Qualifications

• Active Skilled Nursing Administrator License required.
• Experience leading healthcare or senior living operations preferred.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance, staffing, and community operations.
