An award-winning, forward-thinking independent financial planning firm is seeking a Administrator/junior Paraplanner to support its expanding advisory team. The Role

You will work directly with the partners—two highly experienced Chartered/Certified Financial Planners and your primary focus will be to ease adviser workloads by preparing high-quality technical documentation, freeing them up to serve more clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft clear, compliant suitability reports for pensions, ISAs, GIAs, and Bonds using streamlined internal systems
• Create thorough and engaging annual review reports for clients
• Enter and maintain accurate client and provider data in XPlan
• Support client meetings by preparing pre-meeting materials and post-meeting follow-ups
• Collaborate with a small, supportive team to deliver excellent client outcomes

Additional Duties:

• Assist with transactions on provider platforms
• Help manage day-to-day financial planning administration tasks

You’ll likely have:

• Solid experience in a financial planning admin or paraplanning support role
• Strong working knowledge of suitability reports and financial products
• Familiarity with XPlan (or similar CRM systems)
• A process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
• A passion for helping clients receive clear, accurate advice
