ADMINISTRATOR/PROJECT COORDINATOR I PERTH, WA

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator/Project Coordinator to join our Perth based team.

• Location: Based out of our Canning Vale workshop, Perth WA.
• Employment: Full Time.
• Roster: Monday to Friday.
• About the role:

We are seeking someone with strong Administration experience to support our project delivery team.

The role entails supporting our delivery teams in all phases of projects from estimating, mobilisation, project delivery & close out.

Mandatory experience/skills required:

• · Skilled in Microsoft 365 Suites, predominantly leveraging Excel for database management and Word for document development.
• · Good time management with ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at any one time.
• · Understanding of financial & procurement management
• · Attention to detail ensuring documents are reviewed and controlled.
• · Team player

• · Exposure to mobilisation/recruitment processes
• · Project Management
• · Document Control management
• · Cost control management
• · Procurement

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• mining, heavy industrial, Engineering Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Suites: 1 year (Preferred)
• database management and Word: 2 years (Preferred)
• financial & procurement management: 2 years (Preferred)
