Administrator/Receptionist

The Heart Group (www.theheartgroup.co.nz) is New Zealand's largest and leading private cardiology group with 41 cardiologists providing comprehensive cardiac services from multiple locations throughout the Auckland region.  We are looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to support our Cardiac Imaging Department at our Epsom location. This position would ideally suit someone who is interested in pursuing a long-term career in the medical administration field.

This full time position requires someone who has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, has a warm and friendly manner, thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task. You will also require a 'can do' attitude, be motivated, have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be working alongside our Cardiac Imaging Service Manager supporting them on a daily basis. You will also be required to cover all breaks and leave for our receptionist when required. The applicant must be reliable, hard-working, have excellent presentation, a high attention to detail, be methodical and have a strong will to learn. Experience in medical insurance prior approvals, invoicing and claiming is advantageous. Excellent computer skills and telephone manner are essential, as is being able to liaise with General Practitioners, specialists and The Heart Group team.

Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday and Friday.
