Administrator/Transport Allocator

About the Role

• Work with a global multinational company at its distribution facility near Perth Airport.
• Temp-to-perm opportunity.
• Flexible start times with consistent Monday to Friday hours.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Liaise with customers over the phone regarding orders and deliveries.
• Perform general administrative duties, including SAP, data entry, basic Excel, and email correspondence.
• Schedule goods for delivery to clients.
• Coordinate the return of goods to the warehouse.
• Use SAP software for transport scheduling and administration.

Skills and experience

• Have an excellent telephone manner and be confident speaking with customers.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to assisting customers and internal stakeholders.
• Have previous experience in a similar role.
• Have your own reliable transport to and from work
