What they need
We are seeking a friendly and vibrant personality to join our reception team.
- Casual or part-time options available.
- The role requires 10+ hours a week (including rotating Saturdays) and sick leave cover
- Hours vary depending on the day, but must be available to work until 6pm

Qualifications & experience
- Admin/reception experience required
- The right candidate takes initiative and thinks outside the box
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting patients
- Managing communications over multiple platforms
- Clinician schedule management
- Taking payments and processing rebates (Hicaps/Medicare)
- Calling referrals
- Supporting clinicians administrative requests
- Clinic caretaking
