Admin/Reception

University Physiotherapy is seeking an individual with administrative or receptionist experience for a part-time position assisting with clinic operations. We are a private clinic on Spring Garden Rd. The clinic hours of operation are from 7:30am-7:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am-6:30pm Fridays. Our current need is for a friendly and dependable individual covering 2-3 shifts per week plus additional coverage for vacations or sick days.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and checking in clients;
• Processing payments;
• Maintaining a clean clinic space;
• Managing laundry and other routine clinic tasks;
• Responding to correspondence via phone, email, and fax; and
• Opening and closing the clinic as required.

Key assets include:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role;
• Punctuality and reliability;
• An ability to multi-task;
• Detail oriented;
• Typing and computer skills; and
• Clear communication skills.

The role starts at $17 per hour.
