Admins & QA Coordinator ( 尖沙咀 )

• 這是一個在團隊中的初級職位負責日常團隊支援的工作，與內部部門及第三方合作伙伴（如：實驗室/供應商..etc) 進行協調，跟進產品測試後的品質報告、協助上司跟進企業社會回饋責任的Project及文件管理"CSR"，從而提升企業形象。如果你學歷及工作經驗符合要求亦是一位細心、積極主動渴望在國際企業內發展的候選人歡迎申請。

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible administration support to the team smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate between with internal Team & external supplier activities
• Communication with laboratories , ensure on schedule to follow up testing delivery arrangements & report management (including : compliance audit doc. & certification .. etc)
• Follow up testing record update in System & Filing
• Prepare weekly , monthly report & related documents
• Assist manager in process CSR Project such as research activities
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned if needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Science discipline, preferably in Applied Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry / Environmental Science
• 1 - 3 years Full Time working experience (Candidates EXP OR Intership in laboratories is an advnatage )
• Good in MS Office (Word / Excel - IF , Vlookup / PowerPoint )
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• A strong team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Short Noted or Immedaite available (需要1個月通知客戶暫時不考慮)
