Admin/Sales Support Assistant (Retail sector)

Permanent Full-time Role

Dandenong South Location

Hours: 9am-5pm

Salary: $70k plus super

Monthly Pay (15th of each month)

Dandenong Co, a manufacturer and designer of quality, high-end display products servicing major retailers across Australia is seeking an all-round Admin/Sales support Assistant to join their team.

Our client is seeking a dynamic, committed, long term employee with a background within the retail sector to assist their major retailers with product availability and assist with their orders and enquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process orders via phone and email

Check accuracy of orders and invoices

Check current stock levels for orders

Assist with freight calculations and quotes for orders

Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain sales and customer records

Weekly inventory/stock reports

Maintenance of sales portal

Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Ad hoc office duties as required
