Adminstration Clerk

About the role

Arrowtech Engineering (HK) Company Limited is seeking an experienced Administration Clerk to join our team in our To Kwa Wan, Kowloon City District office. This full-time position will provide crucial administrative support to our growing company, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative support: Including typing, photocopying, filing and distributing documents.
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails: Directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties: Flexibility to handle various tasks as needed.
• Data entry and management: Accurately inputting and maintaining data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations: Supporting the creation of necessary documentation.
• Calculating Employee Salaries: Accurately compute salaries based on hours worked, overtime, and deductions.
• Assistance with HR and Accounting Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
