Admin/Transport Scheduler

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable admin/transport scheduler to join a busy warehouse office based in Moorebank.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident with computers, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day shift: 9am - 5pm
Payrate: $35 p/h + Super

Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing delivery dockets and pick-up requests into the system
• Pre-planning daily delivery schedules for drivers
• Data entry and general administrative duties
• Liaising with drivers regarding delivery documentation
• Handling customer enquiries via phone
• Supporting day-to-day transport operations

About You:
To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within transport or logistics
• Strong computer skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and confident phone manner
• Understanding of routing, zones and suburbs (highly regarded, but training provided)
