Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and approachable Admission Counsellor to convert parent enquiries into confirmed admissions and support families throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective parents over calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to understand their requirements and explain the school’s offerings.
• Resolve queries about academics, boarding, facilities, fees, and admissions with accurate information.
• Follow up consistently, arrange school visits, address concerns, and achieve admission targets.
• Assist parents with forms, documents, and admission formalities while maintaining accurate enquiry and follow-up records.

Requirements

Excellent communication in Hindi and good English, strong persuasion and relationship-building skills, and basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets, or CRM tools. Experience in school admissions, educational counselling, or telesales is preferred.

The candidate should take ownership of each enquiry—from the first conversation to completed admission.
