Admission Counselor

Location

Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads.
• Guide students through the admission process.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
• Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, and payment options.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude with a student-first approach.
• Experience in Education, EdTech, sales, telecalling, or counseling is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
9 working hours (including a 1-hour break)
