Admission Counsellor

East Point Group of Institutions is seeking experienced and motivated Admission Counselors to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting them in making informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on college and university programs, majors, and admission requirements
• Provide accurate information about admissions processes and eligibility criteria
• Actively listen to student needs and guide them toward suitable academic options
• Offer ongoing support to students throughout the decision-making and admission journey
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
• Manage multiple student interactions while maintaining accurate records and organization

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduation
• 1 to 5 years of experience in college admissions (preferred)
• Strong understanding of college and university programs, majors, and admissions processes
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong active listening and people-reading abilities
• Good planning, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Willingness to guide, mentor, and support students through important academic decisions
