Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our team in the Education Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in student counselling, admissions, lead conversion, follow-ups, and parent/student coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on leads and update lead status in the CRM/system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Address queries and concerns professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate with internal academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Assist students with documentation and other admission-related formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
• Participate in admission campaigns, counselling activities, and promotional events when required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Admission Counselling / Educational Counselling / Inside Sales.
• Experience in the Education Industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with students and parents.
• Female candidates only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
