Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain professional and ethical communication with customers.

Requirements:

• 0.6–2 years of experience in B2C Sales; freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional approach.
• Candidates from EdTech, Education, Telecom, Banking, or related B2C sales backgrounds are preferred.
