Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Parent Inquiries & Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective parents in a prompt and welcoming manner.
• School Tours: Conduct guided tours of the preschool campus, classrooms, and facilities for families.
• Admissions Process Management: Guide parents through the application, registration, and enrollment steps, ensuring all required paperwork, health records, and fees are collected.
• Interviews & Assessments: Assist leadership with child/family orientation sessions or developmental informal check-ins, if applicable.
• Database & Records: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of inquiries, campus visits, application statuses, and enrollment data using the school's CRM or database.
• Events & Open Houses: Coordinate and represent the preschool at open houses, parent orientation days, community fairs, and marketing events.
• Conversion & Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective families who have toured or inquired to answer lingering questions and encourage enrollment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the teaching staff, finance/admin department, and leadership to align on seat availability, waitlists, and tuition fee structures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
