• Counsel students and working professionals on upGrad programs.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve enrollment targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset and customer-handling abilities.
• Prior counselling or sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
