What they need

Job Description: Admission Executive

Company Name: NEXT IAS (Made Easy Group)
Location: Karol Bagh (Delhi)

Job Purpose - The Admission Executive bridges the gap between the admissions office and financial compliance. This role handles student fee collection, reconciliations, internal system data syncs, multi-center coordination, and the specialized documentation required for government and institutional sponsorship tenders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:-

  • Fee & Record Management: Maintain precise digital and physical records of all admission payments (tuition, registration, and misc. charges). Issue accurate invoices and receipts in line with audit compliance.
  • Account Reconciliation & Logistics: Perform regular reconciliation of admission income against cash registers, bank statements, and ERP software. Supervise cash deposits and coordinate directly with the cash logistics company.
  • Fee Collection & Refunds: Track outstanding balances, send out timely fee alerts/reminders, and structure approved installment plans. Process student fee refunds, adjustments, and center transfers per institutional policies.
  • Government Tenders & Institutional Tie-ups: Oversee documentation, student attendance, and fee tracking for major sponsored tenders and university partnerships.
  • Cross-Departmental & Inter-Center Sync: Collaborate closely with tele-callers, accounts, and the front desk to ensure management-approved fee structures and discount rules are applied. Standardise processes with other regional centres.
  • Auxiliary Support: Assist internal and external audit teams with requisite documents. Manage branch petty cash, stationery procurement, and pantry assets in the absence of the core accountant.

Job Requirements -

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • Experience: 4 to 9 years of proven experience in fees management, student billing, or accounts operations within the education industry.
  • Technical Skills: Sound proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas) and experience working with student databases or ERP tools.
  • Core Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, capability to securely handle cash logistics, and professional communication skills for parent/student interactions.
