Admission Manager – Vision Academy

Vision Academy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Admission Manager to lead our admissions team and drive student enrollment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, counselling, and sales skills, with a passion for education and student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the admissions and counselling team.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
• Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and overall team performance.
• Guide the counselling team in effectively communicating course offerings and admission processes.
• Handle key student and parent enquiries and support the team in closing admissions.
• Develop effective lead-conversion and follow-up strategies.
• Track admission performance through regular reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to maximize student enrollment.
• Identify new opportunities for student recruitment and strengthen relationships with schools, parents, and other relevant partners.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and improve counselling and sales techniques.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and student-friendly admission experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the reputation of Vision Academy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a team and achieving enrollment or sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of the student admission and counselling process.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Target-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
