Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Empathetic, patient, and capable of connecting with students ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Role : This role requires close coordination with branch offices and the admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for students across all touch points. Engage with prospective students and their families to recommend suitable educational programs and career options. • Provide one-on-one counselling to help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future. • Manage the complete student journey from first inquiry to admission and on boarding. • Convert leads into enrolments through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging. • Handle walk-in inquiries at branch locations and maintain a high walk-in to enrollment conversion rate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
