Admission Officer – Student Enrollment & Sales

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Officer to guide prospective students through the admissions process and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Employment Details

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: Market Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle prospective student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Counsel students about suitable certification programs and admission requirements.
• Manage the complete lead-to-enrollment process , from initial inquiry to successful admission.
• Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and conversion targets .
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and address their queries professionally.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.
• Track and report lead, conversion, and enrollment performance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Admissions, Education Counseling, Student Counseling, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with sales or enrollment targets .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to manage and convert leads.
• Experience in Education/EdTech Sales will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
