Admission Officer

• Manage and oversee all administrative tasks related to student applications for undergraduate, graduate, and language programs abroad
• Collaborate closely with consultants, finance, and visa departments to ensure a smooth application workflow
• Prepare and review student application files, ensuring all documents meet university requirements
• Maintain regular communication with partner universities and institutions regarding admission updates and deadlines
• Track and update application progress on CRM and student portals
• Monitor compliance with admission procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation
• Support students and families by responding to inquiries about application status and requirements
• Contribute to improving and streamlining Onedu’s admission processes

Requirements

• Prior experience in admissions or international education consultancy is preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms (CRM experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals abroad
