Job Overview

Burraq Engineering Solutions is looking for a motivated and professional Admission Officer to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to deal professionally with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, website, and walk-in visits.
• Provide complete and accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, certifications, and admission procedures.
• Counsel students according to their educational background, career goals, and interests.
• Follow up with potential students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and administration teams regarding student admissions.
• Handle walk-in students professionally and provide them with proper guidance.
• Follow up with old and inactive leads to generate new admissions.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the admission process.
• Prepare daily and monthly admission reports.
• Perform other admission-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in admissions, sales, education counseling, customer service, or telemarketing will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Urdu and English.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
