Admission Processing Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admission Processing Officer to manage students' admission applications and ensure smooth and timely processing from application submission to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage student admission applications.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit applications to universities.
• Coordinate with universities regarding application status and requirements.
• Follow up on pending documents, offers, and admission decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and student information.
• Communicate admission updates and requirements to students and consultants.
• Ensure applications are processed within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the counseling and visa teams when required.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in admissions, education consultancy, or a similar role preferred.
• Good knowledge of university admission procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good command of MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
• Experience with UK, USA, Australia, or European university applications will be preferred.
